The Workshop Consists of 4 Parts:
1. Vision – I will guide you through different breathwork techniques and an embodied meditation to help you reconnect with your body and your authentic vision inside. Once you are clear on your inspiring vision, you will be able to revisit it every day.
2. Go beneath the surface – with your vision in mind, we will go deeper and explore different layers that are present in your body. I will use embodiment coaching tools and embodied movement (no special physical abilities needed, it’s very gentle and connected to your own body) to help you release the things that are standing in the way of you fulfilling your vision with ease, flow, and pleasure.
You will be able to come back to the practices and use them in your everyday life.
3. Start the creation of an asset that’s aligned with your vision.
