I hope you are having a beautiful Sunday. ⁣
⁣
Here in Devon, we have a very sunny day and I started it by watching the sunrise. The sea was very still and the water was very clear. It feels that my day is quite slow and aligned with nature's rhythms today. ⁣
⁣
I reflected on my journey so far. The good times and the bad times. ⁣
⁣
I used to rush through the good times, with fear that it would end, trying to control the situation and make it last forever, not realizing that I wasn't even allowing myself to really be present and enjoy what I was experiencing at the time. ⁣
⁣
When it comes to the bad times, I used to numb myself and try to escape it by working harder, pushing harder, or simply sleeping to avoid feeling anything. ⁣
⁣
Throughout my yogic and feminine embodiment practices, I have learned to love myself and hold myself during those times in ways that I had never experienced before. Bad times nowadays for me are about coming back to myself, my soul, and my body, and attending to the parts of me that I had been neglecting.⁣
⁣
𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬, tomorrow's meditation will be a beautiful way to embrace the present moment, to surrender to the cycle of life and allow yourself to be fully ALIVE.⁣
